This place, and the online staff, are nothing but a joke
The transition to Epic they are currently going through is making the patient experience worse. Billing is no longer simple. Cox also does to pay to staff their call centers and make their customers wait on hold long periods of time.
They saved my husbands life.
I would git it 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. The least friendly customer service in a hospital I have ever seen.
