I booked a VA to NJ for very cheap rate just because I had to bring my driver back home. We picked up on time, we delivered on time, we responded to all of their emails, we send the bill of lading when they asked us right after delivery. Then we received a revised rate con with deduction. She is claiming that she called us a few times over the weekend and nobody answered the phone. We do not work on the weekends.
