I have been getting my Toyota serviced at Cox for the past several years without a lot of issues. In the last 2 days, I have called them multiple times to find out how much I had spent in maintenance in the past year, information that I needed for a personal matter. I was given the run-around for two days, not getting called back and even talking to someone in finance and getting transferred suddenly without a word, which was so rude. (I was being very polite.)
