Horrible service with condescending staff.
Had 2 make appointment 3 different time 4 anyone 2 show up and still showed up 4hrs late. They sent the wrong kind of tec 4 my issue. Cox cancelled my appointment so I had 2 rig everything mylelf
It’s not just this store but this company is really terrible now. It’s been degrading for years but now it’s like, they’re actively being mean to me. I just wanted to cancel internet. It took over an hour and it did not get done. Now I have to find a new mobile provider and drive down to the store, where I will probably be treated like crap as well. When your company culture says it’s cool if you don’t feel like doing your job that day AND it’s okay to treat customers indecent. This is what it breeds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... read more
Our remote was barely working and it was way passed time for an updated cable box. The store located near 101st and Memorial is the most convenient location for us, coming in from Sapulpa. We were in and out with our new equipment in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.
