Absolutely terrible company. They over charge their customers 200% more than other internet companies in the area. $150 a month when I can get the exact same service from AT&T for $50 a month. And absolutely no one at cox or spectrum will do anything. Since AT&T is now available for my house I am leaving cox. Cox will never have my service again.
The ladies there are so rude!
My service should have started on the 19th of July but as of today I still do not have service because I'm in need of an install. I've had over 8 technicians come to my house whom have failed to have the equipment needed (a special ladder to access the pole due to my neighbor is not home to let them in the backyard where the pole is located).
I was told to call customer service to set up an install that could have been done in store.
