The employees are very nice.
I dont like how they have an AI scheduler thats faulty. Told me my tech was on the way to me an hour and a half ago and they only gave me a 2 hour window in the first place. Im expecting him quickly so instead of me waiting normally and having my pets out, I put up my pets and keep checking my window. When this whole time my animals could have been out.
