Cox repeatedly has outages, had to hurry up and put a hotspot on our mobile plan to have a hotspot for internet access. Not sure why customers are paying the price why yall make this switch to a new company will be switching to T Mobile internet. So unless you like your internet service out everyday id go with some else.

Sean Hasen was absolutely amazing! I tried calling cox and got frustrated, so I just came into the store. I’m glad I did, Sean made everything so much easier.

My customer service review at this store was awful. His tone was mean and I tried to give him my equipment they wanted back but he didn’t accept it. Then he said he was printing out my receipt for the return and dismissed me like I was nothing. So I walked away and he said have a nice day. They kept billing me even after I cancelled my service a couple months ago. I’ll never use cox again. Just an awful company.

In the past, cox had lost my modem after I turned it in and tried to charge me for it. This time I even took pictures of the old modem on their counter and receipt! The fellow that helped me was very good natured and assured me all would be done correctly! WE SHALL SEE.
