Event thought I had a frustrating experience at this store. They are still a great store. Fast reliable, helpful. Plent if workers. I received excellent customer service.
Very rude and judgy people
Excellent customer service. The associate who helped me went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'll continue to do business with this Cox location.
I just had a HORRIBLE experience with the peoria location. I got hung up on 3 times by the same girl. I told her there was an extra $25 dollar charge. She continued to try to argue with me. I told her I need to look into other company. That why she hung up the first time. My Wi-Fi never works it was out all yesterday. Then they charged me extra. I just wanted to put in a dispute. However, that did not happen at this location. I will never deal with Peoria location again.
