It took over 30 minutes to cancel the service, they were constantly trying to change topic and ask what I used the service for. Will never use again they asked the same question several times and didn’t not stop asking it until I gave them the answer they were looking for like it’s any of their business. My husband could not get through via phone call they would just hang up on him. It’s been the worst experience ever.
It’s not just this store but this company is really terrible now. It’s been degrading for years but now it’s like, they’re actively being mean to me. I just wanted to cancel internet. It took over an hour and it did not get done. Now I have to find a new mobile provider and drive down to the store, where I will probably be treated like crap as well. I am not sure how this company is operating. Long story short I moved in into an apartment where they have basic internet and unfortunately they have this company. I called to upgrade to a higher speed because of online gaming,remote working etc..all of the sudden after I upgraded, my internet went out. I called them and they stated it’s because of the old modem it’s not compatible with the upgrade but I don’t get the new modem until the next day.
