Cox might be better than WM, but just barely. Smokey old trucks, broken down trucks, missed services.. I'm sorry, but this is not professional.
They have missed too many pick ups this 2 past years. No pick ups last 2 weeks now. Lack of hires, trucks broken down, all the excuses. I have litteraly had half picks up that I paid for. I've been patient, but this last 2 I am done.
There garbage truck hit our mailbox in December 2021. We had to get our own contractor to fix this and we still have not been reimbursed $850.00 for repair. It is now April 5, 2022. When I asked for there insurance they would not give it to me and stated they would pay for it. Apparently, there have been other clients mailboxes hit. They are simply the best. Accommodating even when they are experiencing difficulties. Salt of the earth kind of folk.
Please stay clear of Cox Sanitation. The owner's wife (I believe her name is Dottie) is extremely unprofessional and will accuse you of "not putting your can out" when indeed you did. She will then continue to yell at you and put words in your mouth when you are trying to explain a problem regarding your service. If you can use any other trash service, I would suggest to. Customer service is definitely not their forte.
