Professional from beginning to end including great communication and attentiveness at all points. Includes Coleman, Justin, Ruby, Tim and Aaron. Would not hesitate to recommend Cox to anyone needing a new roof.
cox roofing did a great job all around, Mike Budd came out and did a quick estimate and got the ball rolling with insurance. Tim answered any questions I had about insurance. will recommend
Russ Burton was the gentleman with dealt with. I was sure we were looking at a very expense and untimely expenditure of money for a new roof. He got to work inspecting the situation and determined the potential problem. He fixed it in very short order. He gave me a fair assessment of the over all roof condition. His professionalism and honesty will be the reason why I will call on them in the future when we do need future service.
I have used Cox roofing on several jobs for several different homes. They are fast, dependable, and professional. Russ works hard to get everything taken care of in a timely manner! Highly recommended!
Cox did an excellent job start to finish. Russ took a lot of time when he initially came out to explain the process, the billing, the contract, the bid etc. Tomas Did an excellent job overseeing the work being done watching over our property while everyone was here. The team was quick and efficient. Tim Handled our billing and close out, he was responsive and professional. We had a great experience all around. Highly recommend!!
