We have had Cox roofing do some work on an outbuilding, and a skylight on our house in the past. I was very pleased with their work. So, when we lost a few shingles and some were lifted up on our house during high winds before a storm I immediately called them. I knew it would be a busy time for them, but in less than a week Russ came, evaluated the damage, and tacked down the loose shingles, despite gusts of up to 40 mph that day. Drove by 211 S 3rd St to see if I could get a quote on a roof on my son's house, and this is a Century Link building?? Since their name is all over half of southern Missouri I figured they would have a real office at their address. Weird.

Got a bid from them agreed to the terms and they never showed to do the work would not recommend on a small project.

Called for an estimate, was told I would be contacted. Couple of weeks later I call again, told same thing. It has been over a week..................................STILL WAITING! Poor customer service. Makes me wonder what service after the sale would be.
