Drove by 211 S 3rd St to see if I could get a quote on a roof on my son's house, and this is a Century Link building?? Since their name is all over half of southern Missouri I figured they would have a real office at their address. Weird.
Got a bid from them agreed to the terms and they never showed to do the work would not recommend on a small project.
I have used this company for our roofing repairs for several years and they always do a good job.
Called for an estimate, was told I would be contacted. Couple of weeks later I call again, told same thing. It has been over a week..................................STILL WAITING! Poor customer service. Makes me wonder what service after the sale would be.
