I have had a wonderful experience here with Doctor Mark! He has been prompt and clear with what I need to do to get my back in less pain. He has been understanding that my insurance does not cover the cost of the work and has even encouraged me to cancel or move appointments if what I am doing is working well. Which it has been! I went from severe back pain almost around the clock and now I have had relief with only occasional pain. Thank you!
I have had great success and support through Cox rehabilitation services. I find the staff to be caring and dedicated to my overall health.
I was told before I began that they had to "okay" it with my insurance, and about a week later, they said it looked good and we could proceed, and then I received a letter from my insurance saying the same. Scheduled about 8 sessions, twice a week for four weeks. They never discussed costs, I never signed anything that I am aware of, never discussed the possibility of me having to pay out of pocket.
