This has been a nightmare - I am a property owner who hired Kathy to manage a rental property when I separated from the Marines. She was aware of the time and money put into the landscaping to minimize maintanence along with grass in the backyard for a family to enjoy. After renting the property a previous tenant let the grass die and Kathy kept the deposit to repair the yard, I was told. She's the most heartless person on earth!!! The experience I had with her was the worst in my life, after moving from cities and countries all my life. Either you get a long with her or you don't! We got along well in the beginning, but once she didn't have her way, you are her enemy automatically. She refused to work with you, have you sign the contract which it is clearly not written out properly.
