I'd give zero if I could. Negligence, attitudes from staff, changing plans after a plan is written out and initiated. There's a lot to go off on here.
Spend more time waiting than anything. Waiting on pain meds waiting on nurses to stop talking about weekend and boys just to look at my child then waited and waited and waited for paper to leave. An hour for paperwork?
I haven't had the strength to talk about this since it happened two years ago, and I'm not going to make this a long one, but my dad is a retired veteran and was experiencing some PTSD pretty badly a couple summers ago (July 2024). He was sent to Cox North ER, they ran out of space, they sent him down to Arkansas to the VA there, and we were forced to pay out of pocket to Uber him back. I've never honestly had a bad experience. They have been knowledgeable and kind. I'm a nurse and I never felt like I got anything but great care. They usually get me in and out quickly. When my child was very sick, they sent him to cox south. I have a lot of respect for a doctor that is willing to say your child needs care that we are not as well equipped to give.
