I came to this ER on the 10th this past week, my nurse was Annette Mozier, I originally came in because I threw up blood, I walked in and checked in with the front desk then was sent to the waiting area, I waited in the waiting area for over 30 minutes before I was triaged. Once I was called to be triaged I get asked all the questions that they normally ask you, what are your symptoms, are you taking any daily medications, do you feel safe at home and could you possibly be pregnant. I had the most kind and wonderful staff tonight. Of course I waited I waited about 5 hours in the Er but that's usually how it goes. I wish I knew the names of everyone who assisted me they really were so amazing
FANTASTIC PEOPLE WORK HERE I GOT HERE AT 8:15 AM & ALREADY GOT MY SHOT FOR MASSIVE POISON IVY AND IT'S 9:21 AND I'M READY TO LEAVE. I WAS TREATED VERY RESPECTFULLY, GOT IN SUPER FAST AND I'M VERY RELEIVED AND PLEASED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED. SO MUCH FASTER THAN MERCY. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE ☺️ ANYBODY NEEDING EMERGENCY CARE SHOULD COME HERE. I'M CERTAINLY GLAD I DID. THEY'RE REALLY FRIENDLY AND CARING.
Best ER experience I have ever had. From check in to the nurses and doctor everyone was so helpful and caring. I was shocked at how efficient they were running, I was in and out. I’m very thankful for the help I was given today at Cox North ER.
Last time I went they took good care of me on a general basis, And ruled out the possibility of a stroke for me. It was such a relief. Pay attention to side effects of medication people.
