Quick ? Oh yeah that amounts to daughter having severe stomach problems and a headache, the nurses laughed at my 8 year old cause she had a headache and the doctor told me to be quiet very unprofessional. Will never step into cox north again. O/0 those nurses should be fired.
Waited 2 hours in waiting for my son no biggie thats apparently a short time to wait. Finally get back to a room where my son proceeds to vomit his guts up still no nurse or doc. insight 3 hours go by and all they do is give him a nausea pill and have a nurse poke his stomach and say its food poisoning 2 more hours go by no one checks on him no tests were ordered nothing. I went to Cox North Emergency Room after Cox South told me a minimum of two-six hour wait. I admit, I had misgivings, but they were completely unfounded. I parked across from the Emergency room door, walked in and a triage nurse was there before I finished checking in. I was taken immediately back to a room where everyone was courteous and friendly. I came to this ER on the 10th this past week, my nurse was Annette Mozier, I originally came in because I threw up blood, I walked in and checked in with the front desk then was sent to the waiting area, I waited in the waiting area for over 30 minutes before I was triaged. Once I was called to be triaged I get asked all the questions that they normally ask you, what are your symptoms, are you taking any daily medications, do you feel safe at home and could you possibly be pregnant.
