I sat for a hour and a half with chest pain they took a ekg and blood work and never got me back to a room yet I watched 4 people go back who just showed up this place is a joke and does not care about their patients!!! I've never been treated like this before! Not only is it unprofessional its crazy to make someone sit there like that for that long with chest pains!
My wife developed a sharp pain in our back sunday night, we got to Springfield, and they looked at her, we sat there probably 2 hours. They finally got us back to an ER room and uh, uh, get a cat scan. And did some other test and determined? If I could rate this negative infinity, I would been waiting for water for two hours
Rating as an employee. All staff underpaid and over worked. Cut back on budgets this last few months just so the CEO can get a 100k BONUS and the VPs 20,000 or MORE. Yet can’t pay overtime or offer an incentive when we are all over worked and under paid. Used to love cox, worked here for 40 years but it’s gone to shit. Would not recommend to work or be a patient.
Waited 4 hours in the waiting room. Had my blood drawn 4 times. And didn't even get to go back, I was having a hard time breathing and my back started killing me. Mercy from now on
