I give this a 1 because there was not a lower rating. There is nothing in the three experiences I've been a part of that impressed me in any way. Check in staff absent & distracted with personal issues. Lobby/waiting area in need of remodeling & cleaning. Wait time horrible. One visit 7 hours before seen by doctor. You are in & out of prescreening rooms, while obviously empty exam rooms are just not being used. The atmosphere is not welcoming & shows no comfort to the person who enters the doors. Worst experience I have ever had at a hospital. I will not be going back to this hospital ever again. They clearly only care about the paycheck and not anyone’s health. I have never left a google review in my life, about anyone, that’s how you know my experience was awful.
Rude and burnt out staff who don’t care if people are in pain or suffering. We watched an older lady have a seizure in the waiting room and the nurse literally heavy sighed before walking over to help the poor woman
