Get directionsYou would get zero stars if I could. First off I work in healthcare and could never imagine myself being as cold and non empathetic as your staff are in the er. I came in via ambulance with sever vomiting and stomach pain. I pleaded for help with the pain and all I got was a cold we have no beds. I had vomit down my shirt and all over me and no one cared. I sat in the waiting room almost 10 hours. The last time I had any relief was in the ambulance who brought me there. When I finally was brought back I saw the doctor for li... read more
I was there for 2 days with Atrial fibrillation. The staff there was very kind and listened to every one of my concerns. Very professional and diagnosed my chest pains as heartburn which I couldn't believe, but with some antacids my pain totally went away. They got my Atrial fibrillation under control with medicated fluids instead of a big procedure. I was totally satisfied with my care. Thank You COX medical staff. Keep up the good work.

Am treated terribly here. People should not be able to treat adults/kids like they do. It’s honestly sad to watch. We got here at 2pm and probably won’t take me for another 3-4 hours. This is insane.
Went to urgent care several times…sent me to ER due to abdominal pain…same pain as before radiating up the back and chest…been to ER several times…sit for over 9 hours…still struggling to get in anywhere with anyone…over a month. Have Insurance…but apparently that doesn’t matter! No …not Medicaid or Medicare. I have NEVER seen this kind of mess in all my life. The waiting rooms are filled with detoxing, sleeping quarters, and the elderly sitting in wheelchairs with catheters for the same hours of waiting. God help us all…eve... read more
