I have internet service from Cox for many years. But the connection is horrible now. They were supposed to come out to rewire the street still waiting it’s been 5 days still nothing
What happened to cox? They used to be so great but for the past two years they have completely changed. Terrible service. Outages. Frozen pictures. No sound. Tiling. Hold times on the phone are ridiculous. Do they need to re cable the whole city. I’m going to switch ASAP and I have rental properties so they’ll miss out on lots of$$$
Service out 3 days, got to wait 5 days for a technician. Called again and told me $75 they can come out today. So 10% of my paid services is not rendered and you want me to pay more. Cancel Cox.

The freakin worse service ever in the history of communication. After having FiOs this cable garbage is crazy. On demand not so on demand, frozen images on screen Etc. They suck the suck out of sucking!
I have a rusty tower in my front yard that I have called at least 5 times to get repaired. Serious hazzard. They keep blowing me off but are sure to thank me for my 15 years of service which will end soon.
This company is truly terrible!!! My sister paid my cable bill for me and she overpaid by quite alot of money. Now this rotten company says they cannot give us a refund because my name is not on the bank account that paid the bill. Why can't they just cut a check to me since my account clearly has a large credit balance. They are not entitled to this money and I am going to check with an attorney to find out when the law says regarding holding people's money that they are not entitled to.
