Internet speeds were never what they claimed to sell. Constantly down. Our last month of service it was down for 2 weeks out of the month and they refused to give us any sort of discount. They claimed it was "the heat effecting our boxes". Tried to cancel service for a MONTH. Line would mysteriously disconnect while I was transferred here and there.
