Second time I've visited with noted lack of courtesy. Today waited while staff viewed cell phone, I left after 5 min with no acknowledgement..won't return.
Cox charges waay too much ..if you ever switch phone companies you will have to be with out service for weeks just to prepare you TV always loosing signal this isnt dish people we should loose signal
