I am actually pleased!
I work for Cox since 2019, have their plan, the amoun you have to pay out of pocket for everything is ridiculous. I've been needing to have my gallbladder removed beacuse of gallbladder stones attacks and have to keep skipping it because I don't have the 4k they want out of pocket for the surgery. The worst insurance you can get is this one.
Customer Service is excellent. Helped me with my questions.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have not had a good experience. They did not want to cover my husband’s open heart surgery (they said it was elective). After over a year later, they paid for it. They changed where I could get lab work done and did not tell me that it would be billed under hospital. What should have been a $60 copay is now costing over $1,000. I have asked for a list of labs where I could go that would be a copay, but they have yet to respond . I would not recommend this insurance company!
