Tina and Dr. Nick Polcynski as well as, and i am sorry i missed her name but she went through my insurance and cost and help develp a plan. Just so you know i HATE dentist have had some horrifying experiences and been lied too put in serious pain for months on end. Also have been lectured by dental hygienist like i was a 3 year old. I have been a nurse all my life and my health and genitic code for bad teeth have cause me to go to those dentist so far this has been a 180 degree change from all my experiences in the past.
