Without internet for 4 days in the Pensacola area. Other ISPs restored their internet 2 days ago. We are all cancelling Cox/Spectrum service.
Worst company I've ever delt with. Tried to scam me for 300 dollars when I moved out of my apartment. Had to deal with them for 4 months with the threats of sending my outstanding balance for "not returning a router" to collections. Finally resolved the initial non existent issue by contacting a regional rep. If you have any other options for providers use them. Best Campus in Sandy Springs
If only I could leave negative stars. Cox is installing fiber optics underground at my condo complex for the past few months in the panhandle of florida and they have hit a water main which caused a deluge and broke up our roads, and they have repeatedly cut our underground electrical wires so we have repeated power outages IN THIS HEAT. Now, once again, FPL is out here tonight trying to repair critical electrical infrastructure that Cox has destroyed with their negligent and reckless digging.
