Dan was on time, friendly, worked quickly and went above and beyond to get my parents electric fixed on time so their electric company could restore power that day. When our electricity went out, they were there within an hour, and fixed the problem immediately. My electric line to the house needed to be replaced and the box in my house. It was over 15 years old. All the workers were very professional and cleaned up everything. The price for all the work was great. I would definitely go with them for electrical problems.
Dan came out, reviewed everything and gave great recommendations and really showed they cared and knew what they were doing. Scheduled a full day to do all the job, and was truly impressed. To the point, even my neighbors asking who did your work? As I'm more than pleased to share since was very happy and would have them out again.
We've been using Crystal Electrical Services for years now. They've completed work all around our house from recess lighting, replacing single fixtures, switches, outlets and just this past summer installed 3 post lights in our backyard. Every project they have taken on for us was performed beautifully. The technicians are courteous, professional and quick to complete the work. We are so happy to have found a contractor like them and recommend it to everyone.
I have had a very positive experience with Crystal Electrical Services with several jobs they have completed for me in the past year and a half. I intend to have them help me with more in the future because of these positive experiences. They are reasonable in price. Jeremy has completed all my jobs and he is great to work with. Very pleasant and conscientious in his work. Shows up on time and works while he is there. Calls if he needs to adjust time. I would recommend Crystal Electrical Services to anyone.
