Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Dr. Geoff Cox is hands-down the best GP I have ever been to, and I hope I can continue with him throughout my life. His bedside manner is exemplary as he is thorough, listens, answers all questions AND has a pleasant personality. He is direct as well, which I really appreciate, as doctors' who skirt around or don't address difficult issues are not helping their patient. His nurse and office team is equally awesome. I tried to rate him "5 Star" but the computer program would not enable this!

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
