The wait staff were all in bad moods, (bitchy and rude actually) the restaurant was very busy, too many people wanting service but not enough wait staff to provide it. The fried shrimp was not good. Seems like I’ve had fried shrimp there before and it was decent. My husband chose the restaurant and let me just tell you it was a fail.
A friend told us about this place and WOW! What a good country resturant with a great atmosphere and wait staff! We had seafood at lunch time and it was GREAT! Will definitely be a stop for us next time we’re in morehead!
Breakfast, lunch or dinner it's hard to beat this place. An absolute staple in Carteret County and for great reason. I've never had a meal here that wasn't fantastic.
My first but definitely not my last visit! Excellent home cooking and prompt service!
Great food. Seems like there is always a special that I want. And really good prices.
