Professional and friendly.
I don't understand this review site. Only 3 reviews with a 3.7? I know I've seen a site that has many more, including one I wrote years ago. Been going here since 1993 when I arrived in Newark and asked someone I saw coming out of the office how he liked them. He said great - and been there ever since.
Had 1 appointment and scheduled a follow up. The office called and cancelled my appointment. Recently tried to make another appointment because I chipped a molar. Was told they had me down as not having insurance. To which I said I have the same insurance I’ve always had. “Oh, we don’t take Medicaid.” Translation: We don’t see poor people. Great.
Been going to this practice for decades (first with father now with his daughter Dr Erin Cox). They are the best.
