They are phenomenal company. We had some guys from Cox electric changing all the light fixture via Energy Trust program. Not only they did that they even fixed the other lighting issues in the business without any hesitation. Highly highly recommend.
Was happy with the installation, both guys were very cautious in the work, cleaned up after themselves. Did have an issue with the living room fan chain not able to pull to adjust the speed. After contacting the office they had the installer stop by and fix the issue.
Where to begin? Cox Electric has been the best contractor we've ever worked with--and we keep coming back to them after they first started fixing the many, many problems in our house 11 years ago. They've practically rewired our entire home at this point (in stages), installed a generator, and wired two complicated winery buildings for us.
