Excellent communication, price was half what two other large companies wanted me to pay, for the same work and Cox provided a detailed estimate so I knew what I was paying for exactly. Arrived to do the work on time, passed inspection, said electricity should be back on by 2p, it was back on by 1:57p! Very important when it is almost 100 every afternoon.
James & DJ did an excellent job installing a dedicated circuit and wall plug in our garage. They were on time and cleaned up well afterwards. Lois was helpful and patient on the phone beforehand. Thank you.
James and DJ did everything I asked and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision on the installation of my generator. James was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything so that I could understand it.
