They seem like they care less now and just about their running patients in and out of their office. Also have called them on and off for a couple of weeks and they havent returned my call when i left a voicemail needing help. This place honestly has went downhill since Dr Cox isnt there and that is the honest truth.
Good luck getting an appointment when you need one. I've been in horrible sharp pain not just in my tooth but now my jaw and all the way up to my ear for a week now an still have another week to wait before my appointment. On top of the pain my jaw is starting to swell and feel warm(run fever). Tried telling them and still nothing but "if there is a cancelation we will call you" . I recently got insurance to fix my teeth, note I'm disabled and get Medicare and Medicaid along with united health care and they both lied to me so they can throw me on someone else. They gave me a number to USB dentist saying they will work with my Medicare and Medicaid to have oral surgery on my teeth given my diagnosis of sarcoidosis, so I call them and they told me otherwise and that they don't accept my insurance. New dentist, Dr. Ravi, is excellent in his work, with a pleasant and professional team.They've all been accommodating and treated me like a person, respecting my requests.
