Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? No, not really Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!
