Route 316-driver, Diane. I'll start by saying there is one lady who answers the phone that is polite. There is another who is one of the rudest people to ever answer a telephone. Mr. Johnson, who is over this compound, is very helpful and sweet. But avoid this driver. She is rude to the children, she attempts to make her own rules. Recently, after my daughter missed her stop, she told the driver she had missed her stop and that she needed to go back. (It is protocol that the driver get them back).
