Initially I was quite pleased with the installation of my AC unit however after a year I'm having issues with it and Sam refused to contact me. My unit is loud and and runs short cycling and is still under warranty yet still Sam is ignoring me Now the complaint continues with this as a final remark Your system was installed in 2021. You had a 2 year labor warranty. You have a manufacturer warranty for 10 years from date of install. You can call any other Amana dealer and if you dont piss them off they can warranty your parts... read more

Great company and did great work. I would recommend anyone I know locally to call Cox Climate Control. I enjoy walking into my house and saying to my wife that this is what a house is supposed to feel like when the airs turned on. Don’t fall for the sales gimmicks of the bigger companies with fancy sales pitches and maintenance plans.
