This "Lawyer" is crooked as they come. They will take property as collateral not even belonging to the person they are using the collateral for. So basically we are saying a stollen car. Then they will allow this car be stolen from them and not report it. In which case the actual owner of the car finds out about it several months later because the person that has stolen the car has racked up over a grand in toll evasion fees in the actual owner of the cars name.
