My parents took their cars to Jim and now I’ll never go anywhere else. He’s honest, does great work, and I never feel taken advantage of because I’m a woman. Best car shop, no weird upselling of things I “need” done to my car. I drive a little old baby and they’ve helped me keep her on the road. Times are tough right now, but this shop lets you know what you actually need. I would highly recommend them!!

No high pressure tactics, just honest vehicle service recommendations after a thorough inspection of my car. I just hit 100,000 miles on my 2012 Nissan and I couldn’t be happier with taking my car to Cox Car Care for routine maintenance and repairs. Thank you!!
Jim is the best! Our van broke down while travelling. Jim picked it up and fixed it very inexpensively. A really nice guy. Communication with him and his daughter, Jessie, was exceptional. They even came in to deliver us the van on a Sunday night.
