Don’t try calling them because they won’t help you. They will just transfer you here and there until you end up giving up. Their phone number situation is just ridiculous, we may as well not even have a hospital here. They are useless.

Ridiculously high bill for nothing! Went to the ER when they weren’t busy. Like no one in the waiting room, barely had to wait, not busy. My mom was worried about something small, but I knew I just needed antibiotics. Go in, see the doctor, he is in there for 5 minutes tops. He doesn’t even figure out what it is that’s wrong. He just gives me a prescription for antibiotics since that will most likely take care of it. Told me if not, come back. I get the antibiotics and pay for them at Walmart. I went to the er and got great medical help. Staff are all really nice and I actually got sleep that I hadn't gotten in two days. I always worry about long waits to be seen but I got right in and right out. Once again all staff was great and it makes for a easy decision on going back if I ever have to. Thank you all

CBCH is a local hospital in a small town but they provide much needed services. I have used the therapy department on several occasions. They have very qualified therapists and the therapy room is well stocked with equipment and individual treatment rooms. All of the staff are professional and helpful. I've had knee injuries and shoulder injuries treated here. My wife and my children have used the ER department as well.
