Cox automotive services were amazing. My husband called them at 8am for a water pump to be repaired and not only was the service amazing but the car run was brand new. When we arrival to the Cox auto shop at 11am and after explaining to Mr. Cox that we were travelling to Maryland, they took the car in right away to begin the repair. Mr. Cox is a good strong Christian man who is always respectful. He and his helper are very thorough and get it right the first time. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his work. I recently brought my car to him after another garage charged me for a part that didn't fix it. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He is th e only real mechanic I trust when it comes to major repairs.

I am so grateful for Cox Automotive as they have helped me many times in the past, whether it was a simple maintenance problem I overlooked or a serious issue with my previous vehicles. Every visit has been extremely pleasant, very fair pricing (if not the best around here), and has always been a fast turnaround based on the issues presented. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
