Mr. Cox is a good strong Christian man who is always respectful. He and his helper are very thorough and get it right the first time. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his work. I recently brought my car to him after another garage charged me for a part that didn't fix it. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He is th e only real mechanic I trust when it comes to major repairs.

I am so grateful for Cox Automotive as they have helped me many times in the past, whether it was a simple maintenance problem I overlooked or a serious issue with my previous vehicles. Every visit has been extremely pleasant, very fair pricing (if not the best around here), and has always been a fast turnaround based on the issues presented. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Was searching for a certified Jasper engine repairman, and Mr. Cox was one of them. Talked with him, and he assured us that he would look over our daughter's vehicle (which left her stranded) as if it were his own daughter's. She is young, and we live a few hours from Columbus, so we needed someone who had her best interest/safety in mind. He gave it a good looking over, fixed the issue in just a short time. Mechanics and barbers have one thing in common. When you find a good one, you stick with them. Awesome service, both mechanically and customer service. Everything was explained in detail, rates are reasonable, and I was more than happy to pay what I was charged. Honest place.
