First, the bottom line is that our containers arrived and everything was mostly in one piece. But, getting to that stage was a headache. It all started out well--super responsive and professional. And then we made our first payment and then getting any info and response required multiple attempts every time. I asked about insurance for our goods and it was like I was asking for protected national secrets. I couldn't get a straight answer. Excellent Service and very attentive staff. Michelle was always responsive and always professional. I also interacted with other staff and they are well spirited.
