Eric and his guys always do a great job.
Eric up charged me for having to use a hand mower on my back lawn, citing that the technicians could not traverse, and enter said lawn space with a zero turn mower. I will be reporting Eric, specifically to the BBB.And then, called me to refute the actions documented in photo
They may have good intentions but they seem like they may have too much on their workload. They just come and zoom around the lawn, are gone in 30 seconds. They leave grass cuttings everywhere, like they won’t even clean up their mess. For that amount of effort I’ll take my $100 elsewhere.
These guys may have been the best a few years ago, but miscommunication and sloppiness was my entire experience with this company from day 1. (Used the service a full year and tipped every worker, everytime). From grass clippings being left all over my driveway, cars, and porches to missed spots in my yard, I can tell that these guys are about quantity and volume more than quality and precision. I have been a customer for around 2 years now and they do an excellent job! The prices are fair, they show up on time and they take care of all the basic lawncare. They will also do any special jobs like clearing brush or cleaning up beds. They just finished a project for me that I have wanted do for ages, and it came out wonderful! An entirely new look for my house!
