I was very surprised to receive a dismissal letter over a $24 balance. At no point did anyone ask if I needed arrangements, or show any understanding during a time when many people were impacted by shutdowns. If copays are collected at the time of visits, balances like this should not even exist. A dismissal over such a small amount, feels unreasonable and unnecessary.
