Amy was amazing!! She walked me through the process, helped me navigate my title and explained a weird blurb on my homes title.
My previous review needed to be re-done. The issue was the combination of their assuming I was privy to the inner-workings of a "Title" company; one of their staff not communiating reasons for a delay to the person handling the matter; and then not advising me of said reason(s). The transaction was finally completed, both parties are happy and, while the extra period of time "waiting" did not complicate the lives of either party or the sale/purchase, it would have been nice had someone picked up the telephone and .............. read more
