John OMG, is very very difficult to deal with. We are trying to get a very simple and easy litigation resolved. He is postponing avoiding all my call (excepting 1x), send 18 reminder emails without any clear reply. This is ongoing for almost 5 months. I would never recommend to deal with John Cowley for auction, Realtor or renting warehousing from him and his related partner.
