We have been in our dr horton home in cowley crossing since dec 2022. Our house has the least amount of problems on the block! In that time we have been ignored by warranty people. When the warranty guy, Will responds he has left the scheduling/follow through up to us. We are expected to check the work and be here for the trades. This has cost 60+ hours of Pto from my husband and I each! Not for minor repairs: we have had the front brick removed from our house not 2 but 3 times - due to a major leak.
