Mr Cowles Home Inspection was truly top notch customer service. He is very informative and well as thorough in his process. Any questions we had or concerns we did not know about, he happily addressed and educated us on. He made us feel very included in the process and offered his personal experience related feedback to combat certain situations/issues. There was no sense of rush or hastiness during the inspection. Mr. Cowles inspected a home that i'm set to purchase in march and let me tell you he's very professional, and very knowledgeable in all areas of construction. he was very thorough in his inspection and was quick to point out any potential problems and patient to answer any questions that i had. He broke down how how all the systems of the house work and how they should perform. Very detailed and great teacher on "the why". I actually enjoyed the home inspection because he is very kind and very good to his customers. He is unbiased as well.
