Had to reschedule several times and when I brought this information up to them after another missed appt and when they'd be able to come out (newborn baby, timing is everything), they told me to find someone else to do the job and hung up. I was willing to reschedule again to keep their service but they didn't afford me the chance. Shows me they do not respect the customers. Would not recommend.

Update 2: Found out today that their work has created structural damage to one of the rooms in my house. Absolute nightmare Update: found a nail in my tire today! That's 5 nails found so far. What kind of contractor throws nails all over the customer's driveway and yard!?! Original review: My experience with this company started well, but went horribly once they started the work. I was very pleased with Cowles work. They cleaned up every day before leaving. Every person on the team was friendly and courteous. The work was completed very quickly and they did everything to my satisfaction. Very happy with Kevin and his entire team.
