I am extremely disappointed and upset by what has happened. I mailed my brother in British Columbia a birthday card here... with a gift card enclosed, just as I have done before without any issues. We were informed ... the card did arrive. But when my brother went to pick it up, he was told it was sitting on the employee's desk but that they could not find it. He was asked to come back later.
