I had a bad virus and wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything more serious, I called and they got me an appointment for first thing the next morning. Since it’s by appointment, there was only 1 other person there so it wasn’t overwhelming, the place was clean, welcoming, and overall a nice place to be. The receptionists were nice and professional, the nurse was very nice and professional, and the doctor was absolutely amazing. I felt really cared for and heard. Highly recommend.
This is my second visit, and they triage me, and they let me know when my issue gets worse to go to emergency. I love this new service for the valley. So I'm not wasting time sitting in emergency as I don't have a dr.
This is a much needed clinic for this area and surrounding areas. I had a great experience with everyone there, from everyone on the phone to the Dr. It’s been super hard trying to get care, and this is a great option. Just follow the proper directions and call first thing at 8am to talk to them. It’s not a walk in clinic.
This is a great addition to healthcare in the Valley. Phone triage system works very well, get a same day or next day appointment. I have had an in person appointment and a follow up phone appointment with Dr Kozrig, she is wonderful. This is not a walk in clinic, appointments required.
They should re-name the clinic, 'Not So Urgent Care'! Money's available to build it and staff it, likely, but the availability of professionals aren't lining up to live here.
