Terrible! You can't go inside and the number they give to make appointments doesn't allow you to make appointments. It made the situation so much worst because by the time we figured it out, it was too late to take.my child to Chemainus Urgent Care. Awful experience!

I had a bad virus and wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything more serious, I called and they got me an appointment for first thing the next morning. Since it’s by appointment, there was only 1 other person there so it wasn’t overwhelming, the place was clean, welcoming, and overall a nice place to be. The receptionists were nice and professional, the nurse was very nice and professional, and the doctor was absolutely amazing. I felt really cared for and heard. Highly recommend.
