These people are bullies. Their first move when informing me that I owed money was to threaten me with a collection agency. No friendly reminder, no kind phone call. A threat. I would never do business with this organization again and I recommend that you avoid them also.
These are the run of the mill office people that are all about how to squeeze and manipulate tenants to maximize profits. They will tell you "we only do a $15 a year increase". Then next year they tell you "unfortunately we will be increasing $175"... they don't care that they lied they know you can't sue because they didnt right it down and you didn't record them.
