I’d start by saying I have never left a google review in my life. My fiance and I live at Belmont run apartments. She has lived here for four years and myself just about a year. If you end up with a neighbor above you good luck! We understand it’s old construction and will always have sound travel. We have ignored all the disturbing noises during normal hours. These people are bullies. Their first move when informing me that I owed money was to threaten me with a collection agency. No friendly reminder, no kind phone call. A threat. I would never do business with this organization again and I recommend that you avoid them also.

These are the run of the mill office people that are all about how to squeeze and manipulate tenants to maximize profits. They will tell you "we only do a $15 a year increase". Then next year they tell you "unfortunately we will be increasing $175"... they don't care that they lied they know you can't sue because they didnt right it down and you didn't record them. Angela hicks of cowgill literally just did this to gatehouse aparments. They will do "repairs" in the aparment then leave the construction mess. Then pretend they... read more
