Thumbs up to Cowgill for being diligent in keeping the vile parking offenders at Patchen apartments in check, thumbs down for not using that same enthusiasm to keep our vehicles from broken into and stolen, not to mention bikes being stolen from the property as well, keep up the good work
I’d start by saying I have never left a google review in my life. My fiance and I live at Belmont run apartments. She has lived here for four years and myself just about a year. If you end up with a neighbor above you good luck! We understand it’s old construction and will always have sound travel. We have ignored all the disturbing noises during normal hours. These people are bullies. Their first move when informing me that I owed money was to threaten me with a collection agency. No friendly reminder, no kind phone call. A threat. I would never do business with this organization again and I recommend that you avoid them also.
