HONEST, reliable, friendly guys who truly care about their customers and the work they do. My family has been getting our cars serviced here for close to 25 years. I no longer live in Chelmsford, but I will always make time for oil changes and service work at Cowgill because it is totally worth it to not feel like you're getting screwed over.
I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! I came in today, without any appointment, for an inspection sticker. Anthony took me in right away. Upon inspection, he noticed some very poor work that had been done on my car not 3 days prior. Neither he, nor Ken, wanted me to drive my car in the condition it was in! Fantastic little garage! They have taken care of me multiple times and I'm always comfortable with their recommendations and costs. No BS, just solid work in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.
I went there for a State inspection and everyone there was just super nice. I know it's just an inspection but other places just basically want to take your $35. These guys show honesty and that's something you can't say about most auto repair shops. Thank you guys.
