The cowfish has become my favorite restaurant for steak. Wow. I enjoyed the center cut filet. It was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and flavorful. The sides were perfect. There was nothing about the dish that I didn't enjoy. The others in our party really enjoyed their meals as well. We also enjoyed the Brussels sprout appetizer.
Food was above average, help could have been more friendly, people that worked there didn't seem to enjoy the job,�
We had brunch in the morning which was simply define and completely filling. I had Trout Benedict, Don had Huevos Rancheros, and Sai had the Biscuits with Elk Sausage Gravy. All were amazing and the coffee was the best we've had in WY. We loved it so much we went back at dinner. Still full from brunch we ordered apps; Boursin Stuffed Mushrooms, Calamari, Southwest Eggrolls, and the Oaxaca Chicken salad with Lemon/Lime Vinegret. SUPER weird and slightly awkward about table seating. Also if you're only looking for cocktails with friends, don't count on getting any service. If want to be treated like a "low" class citizen, don't order food and you're in their no checking in zone with an eye roll attitude.
