Poor communication. We called on July 10th to schedule our natural wood burning fireplace to be cleaned well ahead of the winter months. They said that they are not in our area and will call back. We are literally less than 3 miles from their office in downtown Newnan. No-one ever called us back over the next 3 weeks. We called back today and they had no idea about our initial inquiry, now it is another 2 week wait. We just had gas fire logs installed. Thrilled with the product, the service, the installation and the technician. He called before he arrived. Arrived early. He was courteous. Great experience

Excellent customer service, the receptionist was very sweet and got us an appointment only a week later. The guys who came to clean our fireplace were very professional and finished the job in just 30 minutes. They also explained to me all about how to properly use our fireplace and which logs are best, etc. All around great experience! Thank you Coweta Pool and Fireplace! :)
