I’m not sure if it’s been due to covid or the start of a new year, but the lack of professionalism this place has is ridiculous. It has been utter hell trying to get what I have needed for my daughter since December of 2020... It took me until February of this year to finally get things taken care of after getting the run around time after time. The management needs to figure something out or just Stop trying.
