This place is awful! My father and mother drove almost two hours to my mother’s appointment at Cowell Family Cancer Center. When it came time for her appointment, she requested that my father be with her throughout the duration of the appointment. Staff rudely refused this request, stating that their policy does not allow for this. This place is not a place for any person to go to and especially if you are a Christian. They do not respect you or any request that you make outside of their policies which are very suspicious to begin with. they will not talk or explain anything about their policies, but are very unfriendly, inconsiderate and cruel. My wife requested that I would go back with her and they refused to let me back and then told us they will not take care of us, which I already knew they cannot take good care of my wife because of the attitude... read more

World class, state-of-the-art cancer treatment center. They have been treating my family member so incredibly well, I am and will be forever grateful to their staff, particularly an RN named Rachel. I was shocked the first time I accompanied my family member to Cowell, I felt like we were inside a Ritz Carlton. The shared space for chemo infusions is set up like a day spa with wifi and comfortable recliners. I found out I have prostate cancer stage 4 back in August 2023. We decided to do radiation treatments . The doctor's and staff where and are very professional and concerned and helpful. I Thank Them for everything they are doing for me.
